Dev Log #2 World Building Developing the setting for a game can be crucial for an open world adventure such as what Spritehaven strives to be. Countless hours have been spent considering, plotting, scheming, and otherwise brainstorming for ideas on what exactly to do with the game’s world.
Building the world for Spritehaven is an intensely time consuming task. Both in the time spent on building up the world’s assets, as well as laying them out in-game. But another aspect of this that I’ve been keeping constantly in consideration is the lore behind which the world exists.
